Just returned from a short trip to JB and I am thankful we have such a neighbouring country that we can go to have a time of relaxation. Although there was some form of delay and hiccups it was still a good trip. More of such in the coming year. Happy new year!

Today is the last day of my chiropractic session. I am thankful to my doctor for helping me recover from my frozen shoulder. Next, I'll send my daughter to adjust her hunched back. Thank you for the ITE interview for my daughter. I can feel her excitement and I can only hope for the best for her. I am not a wonderful dad but I still hope she becomes independent and learn the ropes quickly. Grateful for who she is becoming.

Today I treat myself to a movie. It has been a long time since I treat myself, I really need to appreciate myself by giving myself treats to motivate myself to continue doing the positive things in my life. On to the movie, it was IP MAN 4. It wasn't a great movie but I choose it because I didn't want to watch Star Wars and frankly I didn't regret it. There was some lesson learnt and it gave me a boost. Thank you and be grateful.

Looking back at this year 2019, I felt the most accomplished. Having fulfilled the trip to Europe, started a business and seeing myself improve over the last 12 months has really been a wonderful experience. "Progress equals happiness." As I plan for my next 10 years and also for 2020, I hope to progress as much or even more than this year. As a summary for the past decade, it has totally changed my life. I lost my parents, got into plenty of relationship issues and finally emerging from it all and become who I am today. We cannot connect the dots in the future, only from the past. I am grateful that my daughter has done well in her exams. She has learnt much and there is still so much for her to learn. I am thankful that now she has her feet on the ground and she can progress in her own direction. I am grateful that she will have a good chance in fulfilling her own version of her better self. Really glad to have finished watching the drama. I'm someone who cannot stop when I start something. I needed to complete this drama before moving on to another thing. It was not a bad drama, at least the finale and the beginning was on par and not some show with great beginning but poor ending. Myth

Still in jetlag mode. Can't sleep at night. Thank you for the safety we enjoyed during our trip. I was truly blessed by this trip and will never forget such an experience. Thank you again.

Grateful for the smooth operation of my wife and the great healthcare provided by the hospital. Really thankful to be living in Singapore that has such great healthcare services. I'm thankful for my wife's health and recovery and pray that we will continue to enjoy such great medical care in the future. I love you, Dear.

Still feeling the effect of jetlag. Sleepy most of the day time and cannot fall asleep in the night. I'm grateful for the experience but would I do it again anytime soon? No!

Thank you for a wonderful adventure to Europe this year. 4 countries in 14 days, never had such a long holiday before. I'm grateful that I'm still able to do such things and I'm looking forward to more such adventures in the future.

First time in Lapland. It is a wonderful experience that will last a life time. I'm thankful for this unique experience.

Bought the wrong ticket today. Although it was a mistake I did not take it to heart. Sort out the mess and still went ahead with newly bought tickets. Think when you are out traveling, it is perfectly fine to treat yourself better than normal. Thank you for another great day.

For the past few days I have accomplished many things I set out to do two years ago. I'm grateful for this and now I will plan my life and achieve all that I can because that is the purpose I'm here.

Finally checked off the list,Paris. Been planning this for 2 years and finally made it real. I really believe that if we plan and work towards it, we will achieve it. Merci.

Grateful today for able to use technology to solve the problem of not having any cash with me. I went for a jog in the morning without bringing any cash with me. I only had my handphone which I only activated Fave pay and nothing else. After my run, I went to Kalms to buy a drink as I have some leftover credit in the app. After that, I actually wanted to wait for my family to wake up and have breakfast together but they were still sleeping. I went to the supermarket and thought that I would only be window shopping but I saw the ATM machine and remembered the new feature of the machine is having the ability to withdrew cash using the handphone. I'm grateful for being able to do the things I like. Teaching has been something I have been doing for most of my working life. I have never been to work, I'm just doing the things I like. Great day ahead! Thank you. DO the things you love or love the things you do.

Today's breakfast with my students, I shared about my girl starting work and also some things I do to her to motivate her to do chores at home. I think it is important for parents to plan and train their kids to have a good outlook in life and stay motivated in everything. I'm glad I have been with this class for 2 years. Most will be going to different classes next year. Stay in the game, study hard and be motivated in life!

Today is an eventful day and of great significance. My daughter is working for the first time!!! Woohoo! So proud of her. I love her, I love life and I love my family!

Really grateful for this whole week. We celebrated my birthday with a live football game at the National Stadium. Watching my favourite Spurs team take on Juventus. Harry Kane gave me an early birthday present with that halfway line goal. I then had a small birthday celebration with my family on the actual day.
